Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Diamond Arena, the accountability dashboard provided by Business Excellence Empire to members of its coaching program. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by program mentors for enrolled members, captains and administrators. There is no public sign-up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access or attempt to access data of other members that your role does not permit;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the platform, or bypass any access control;
  • upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
  • use the platform to send unsolicited messages or to harass others;
  • scrape, copy or redistribute program content or other members' information.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the updates, business figures and files you submit. You grant Business Excellence Empire a licence to store, process and share them within the program (with your mentor, your group captain and administrators) to deliver coaching and accountability services. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you submit.

4. Program fees

Fees, instalments and due dates are those agreed in your program enrolment. The dashboard records payment status and sends reminders; it does not process payments. Enrolment, refund and renewal terms are set out in your program agreement and prevail over anything here.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or whose membership has ended.

6. No professional advice

Points, risk flags, insights and other outputs are accountability tools, not financial, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your business.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Business Excellence Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
