Privacy Policy

Diamond Arena is the accountability dashboard for the Business Excellence Empire coaching program. This policy explains what we collect about program members, mentors and group captains, why, and how it is protected.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and login password (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Program activity: weekly updates, check-in answers, attendance, points, commitments, peer-partner pairings and growth insights.
  • Business details you provide: business name, category, location, team size, revenue figures and targets, and monthly business data.
  • Payment records: the amount, due date and status of your program fees, recorded by our team. We do not collect or store card, bank or UPI credentials in this dashboard.
  • Files you upload: evidence documents and images attached to activities.
  • Security logs: sign-in attempts and an audit trail of changes made to records, kept to protect your account and the program's data.

2. Why we use it

  • To run the program: track your progress, calculate points, flag risk, and let your mentor and group captain support you.
  • To send reminders and program messages by in-app notification, WhatsApp, email, SMS or automated voice call.
  • To manage program fees and send payment reminders.
  • To keep the platform secure and investigate misuse.

3. Your messaging choices

You can switch WhatsApp, email, SMS and voice-call reminders on or off at any time from your profile's notification preferences. In-app notifications remain on so program information can still reach you.

4. Who can see your data

  • You see your own records.
  • Your group captain sees the members of the accountability group they lead.
  • Mentors and program administrators see all program data.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Service providers

We rely on providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

  • Hosting and file storage (Vercel) and database hosting (Neon), located in the United States.
  • WhatsApp messaging (AiSensy), email delivery, and automated voice calls (Obligr) for the reminders described above.

Your data may therefore be stored or processed outside India. We choose providers with appropriate security safeguards.

6. Cookies

We set a single sign-in cookie (diamond_session) so you stay logged in for up to 30 days. It is HTTP-only and sent only over HTTPS. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access is restricted by role, and sign-in is rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Retention

We keep your records for the duration of your membership and for as long as needed afterwards to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent to messaging, by writing to [contact email]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
